Analyzing does not just mean exchanging information; rather, it means entering into a collaborative journey in which, together, we analyze flows and choose design guidelines.

It is not just analyzing a sales interface but, on the contrary, studying and validating the model of the entire management chain. This phase can often also include a period of discussion with the different figures involved in the management chain of an order within the corporate structure.

Design

Based on the outcomes of the analysis phase, we take care of designing the software infrastructure.
Every solution, like a building, needs to be designed to be executed efficiently.

We choose the most appropriate technologies, we give a dimension to the work and to the different professionals who will have to be involved, we rationalize the different aspects of the project by writing and plotting operating and usage diagrams. At this stage we also undertake interaction design studies, the fascinating discipline that studies human-computer interaction, with the aim of optimizing navigation flows as much as possible by making it easy to find information.

Implementation

After agreeing on guidelines, the team that will follow the development is identified.
The work is organized in phases following agile methodologies.

Each phase includes a time of discussion with our clients and partners in which the results achieved are verified and necessary changes are made. We are able to interact with existing management software, sharing data and ensuring its integrity.
